With the advancments in AI and large language models RowSys is creating a new way for engineers to create and interact with their data
You can now use text descriptions to add or update data to your project like "add 2 motors to the project" or "update the power for all motors to 1.5 kiloWatts".
You can query your data using natural language like how "many motors are in the project"
RowSys is using Large language models like OpenAI to understand users' text commands and speech to turn the requests into commands that can query project data, can update date values, add or copy components all through the natural language processing.
Text / Speech to structured data : Convert text, sentences or speech into structured engineering data.
Query data using natural language : Users can use natural language to query and view the results in tables and chart views.
Find components : The system can find child components for a specific type of component e.g what are the components that make up a server room, conveyor, etc. An example of searching for a server room would be Servers, Racks, cooling system, power system etc
Find attributes: The application can look for design attributes for a specific type component e.h what are the attributes for a motor, pump, sensor etc. An example the result for a motor would be voltage, power, current, frequency etc
Future : We are working on some really exciting AI features like using natural language for documentation generation, using language models to be able to fix spelling an grammar, change tone, translate and summarise document content. Our vision is to improve how users interact with the data, documents and engineering calculations.
